Besides winning league, all players on the team agree that the year would not be successful ifCarmeldoes not earn a spot in the CCS playoffs.

In order earn a spot in CCS, the team agrees thatCarmelmust defeat both Stevenson andSoledad, as these teams pose the biggest risk to their MTAL title.

“Our goals are to strengthen all the fundamentals we have built on, gain a greater understanding and appreciation of the team unit and to finish in a playoff position,” head coach Ash Vashanji says.

The program has only lost three seniors and still contains strong leadership from both seniors and juniors.
